As part of the 17th Avenue streestscape upgrades, crews have replaced water and sanitary lines between Macleod Trail and 1 St SE, and have begun road work on the north side of the street. This section should be completed in six to eight weeks. Crews have also begun work on the second block between 1 St SE and Centre St. During construction, one lane will be kept open as much as possible to accommodate business access and local traffic.
Starting June 8th, 14 and 15 Ave S will become one-way streets between Macleod Trail and 8 St SW.
