The City of Calgary is now looking at four options to connect the Beltline and Victoria Park to the future Inglewood/Ramsay Station. A recommendation will be taken to City Council in June 2016 and City Council is responsible for approving the alignment.
The City is still looking at the MacDonald Ave SE option and the option that would have the LRT skirt to the north of the Victoria Park Transit Centre. The City is now also considering moving the line north from Centre Street station on 12 Ave S to 10 Ave S, or a staged option, involving skirting the Transit Centre, which would be relocated. A new station would then be built on former Transit Centre lands.
