We are aware that some of you have concerns surrounding communication and engagement with the file managers working in your area. With the recent changes to the  "request for comment" on applications with FOIP (removal of the applicants contact information), communication with your file manager is of the outmost importance for building relationships, meeting timelines, and having open dialogue. As a result, if there is a file manager that you are having a hard time contacting, please let the Federation know.
