Over the past few months a group of Calgarians who are concerned about climate change and committed to working together to take action on climate change have started forming the Calgary Climate Hub.

The Hub is surveying individuals, businesses, nonprofits and other groups in Calgary to determine if, and why, climate change action is important to them and their communities. Further, we want to know if, and how, you/your community would like to be engaged in public consultation for the City of Calgary’s Climate Resilience Plan which is set to be released by the City this summer.

Please take a moment to complete this survey and add your voice.

The Calgary Climate Hub will compile the results of the survey and deliver it to Calgary’s City Council and Administration. We will use the survey results to support our ask for an open, citizen-focused, public consultation to inform the City of Calgary’s upcoming climate resilience plan and to support the city in implementing a successful plan.

The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. The deadline to complete the survey is Monday, April 2nd.  If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, or if you would like to join the Calgary Climate Hub, please send an email to climatehubcalgary@gmail.com

Please feel free to forward this survey to others who might be interested.
